Terms and Conditions

  • No payment is required when the agreed scope of work is unable to be fulfilled.
  • Gain City is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of this service.
  • For Unsatisfied Service: within the 8-days, we will refund the full dollar amount as charged. No further demand of payment from Gain City beyond the dollar amount charged.
  • For Unsatisfied Repair: Replacement parts installed by Gain City are to be collected back. Gain City is not liable to return the dismantled, damaged and old parts due to circumstances that might cause the return to be not possible. No further demand of payment from Gain City beyond the dollar amount charged.
  • All incidental or consequential damages are expressively excluded.
  • Gain City Best-Electric reserves the rights to amend, add, delete or vary any of the above terms and conditions and exclusion clauses with regards to this service without prior notice.

  • Gain City does not impose any surcharge for Air-Conditioner servicing on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Bookings depend on the slots avaliable based on first-come-first serve basis.
  • This service excludes the period covering Chinese New Year (Gain City reserves the rights to determine the off days for this period).
  • All incidental or consequential damages are expressively excluded.
  • Gain City Best-Electric reserves the rights to amend, add, delete, or vary any of the above terms and conditions and exclusion clauses with regards to this service without prior notice.
