Inferior materials used by installers such as rubber insulation tubes, copper pipes, wires and brackets can have adverse effects on the performance of your air conditioner. The price of our air conditioner system quoted include installation for standard HDB. The installation excludes stainless steel bracket. Terms & conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

  • All floor plans and Form CS/5 (where applicable for HDB apartment only) must be given to Gain City for submission to HDB.
  • Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present at site on the day of installation to confirm all locations of the equipment before installation is carried out.  Any other subsequent changes to the location of equipment and piping are chargeable.
  • Customer shall provide the required power points.
  • Installation shall be done on a one-time basis and on surface trunking (unless otherwise stated)
  • There shall be additional charges for two times installation and last minute cancellation of installation.
  • All pressure testing of pipes and equipment are chargeable.
  • Labour for dismantling of any old or existing equipment/fixtures are chargeable.
  • Installation Warranty does not cover the use of old or existing pipes.
  • Installation warranty does not cover condensation (sweating) from pipes.
