Product Display

The Gain City website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen matches exactly the product colour, as the display of colour depends on the monitor you are using.

Your Request and/or Sales Order

All Requests and/or Sales Orders submitted to Gain City through this website are subject to our acceptance. Gain City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any Requests and/or Sales Orders.

Price

Gain City makes every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur, including mistakes in processing, pricing, or product details. In the event of such errors, Gain City will correct the information and notify you if your order is affected. You will have the option to either proceed with the corrected order or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded in full.​

​All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST where applicable. Additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be clearly indicated and included in the order total before check out.

Gain City reserves the right to update or amend any information on the website at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and updating details related to pricing, product availability, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

All discounts, rebates, and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Gain City and may be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

Products under limited-time promotions, clearance deals, pre-order items, and newly launched stock are restricted to one unit per customer.

Any attempt to purchase beyond this limit may result in order cancellation, with a full refund issued for any payment received.

Any free gifts included with purchases are available while stocks last, are non-exchangeable, and may be withdrawn or cancelled at Gain City’s discretion without prior notice.​

Validating Your Wish List Item

After you submit your wish list using our iWish shopping cart, we will check the information you have given by verifying your wish list and contact details. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your wish list, we will attempt to notify you via a phone call.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Products ordered online are subject to stock availability, which cannot be guaranteed at the time of confirmation. If an item is unavailable, Gain City’s Customer Service team may contact you to suggest an alternative product or arrange a full refund.

Payment Terms

All payment must be effected in Singapore currency. Gain City vouchers are valid for payment of Goods or Service purchased online through this website. In the event that the voucher is found invalid for whatever reason, Gain City reserves the right to recover whatever amount that is equivalent to the voucher value in cash. We accept payment by cash-on-delivery or cheque.

If you are paying by cash, the cash amount for the full price of the Goods must be paid to us on the date of delivery. If you are paying by personal cheque, it must be mailed and received by us and cleared before the Goods can be delivered to you. These payment terms are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.

Delivery

A delivery charge of S$30 will be added to the price of your Goods and reflected in your sales order. You are allowed to indicate the specific delivery date and time.

However should you be unavailable on the indicated date and time and request Gain City to deliver the goods again on another date and time, cancellation has to be done at least 24 hours before the stated time and date of delivery.

A separate delivery charge of S$30 will be imposed if the cancellation is made after our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery.

Gain City will be pleased to waive that fee if goods ordered exceed S$1500.

Alternatively, you may authorize a Singaporean above the age of 18 to receive the item on your behalf if you are not available to receive the goods personally.

No delivery will be made to any address outside Singapore unless agreed to by Gain City.

Buy and deliver today.

Buy your electrical appliances before 3pm from our showroom and get them delivered on the same day under Gain City's 'Buy & Deliver Today' scheme. A fixed delivery fee of S$50 applies.

Rights to Refund

Gain City reserves the right to refund even after an order is confirmed and paid for should it be unable to deliver the Goods and/or Services requested.

All iPhones are required to be unboxed and activated upon purchase.​

Apple products purchased with AppleCare or AppleCare+ Protection Plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable.​

Limitation of Liability

Neither Gain City nor its affiliated or related entities or its vendors or content providers are responsible or liable to any person or entity for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character based on or resulting from any Gain City information or opinions provided on the Gain City website or from the use of, or the inability to use, Gain City material on the website. You specifically agree that Gain City is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with the Gain City website or any material on the website, or with any of the Gain City Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Gain City website.

Termination

Gain City reserves the right to restrict access to this website to any person, and may at any time in its sole discretion without notice and without cause suspend or terminate access to this website by any person, including persons who previously have access including, without limitation, where Gain City determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached or may breach any provision of these Terms of Use.

In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Gain City website, and the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material copied or downloaded, and the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability set forth in these Terms of Use, shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Gain City will not be liable in any way to you or any third party for any termination of your access to Gain City website and/or services.

Privacy

Gain City is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect to process your requests and to better personalise broadcast of special sales, exclusive offers and other promotions that may be of interest to you.

When you register an account with us or post us an enquiry or feedback or perform online transactions through our website, we will regard all information provided—including, but not limited to, contact person's name, e-mail address, contact number—to be voluntary and accurate.

System Outages

Gain City periodically schedules system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system outages also may occur. Gain City shall have no liability whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of this website or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the resultant delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery of information caused by such system outages, or any third party acts or any other outages of web host providers or the Internet infrastructure and network external to this website.

Force Majeure

Gain City shall not be liable for any delays, omissions or failures in the performance of its obligations if such causes are the result of force majeure, which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the government of Singapore or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or any other causes beyond our control.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, discussions, proposals and communications, written or oral between Gain City and you. Gain City reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement or impose new conditions or delete conditions at any time without notice to you, effective immediately upon being published on this website.
