• Visit any of the Gain City stores in Singapore.
• Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter.
• Present your eGift Card(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilized before payment is made.
• Once the cashier scans your eGift Card(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP(s). Share this with the cashier.
• Once the amount is deducted from the eGift Card(s), redemption is completed.

• Value is expressed in SGD.
• Valid for use only at Gain City stores in Singapore and online.
• This eGift Card has an expiry date; no validity extension requests will be entertained.
• Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Non-refundable or non-returnable once purchased.
• Can be used for general, sale, promotional items or concessionaire products except vouchers.
• Not exchangeable for Gain City Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Cash / or any other form of compensation that is not considered a product purchase.
• Balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No minimum purchase is required.
• Multiple redemptions are allowed. Customer may choose to use any amount which is less than the card's balance.
• The use of this eGift Card is governed by and constitutes the acceptance of conditions set by Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd.
