eGift Card - Buy

In-store

• Visit any Gain City store in Singapore.
• After shopping, proceed to the cashier counter.
• Present your eGift Card(s) and inform the cashier of the amount to be used before making payment.
• The cashier will scan your eGift Card(s) and you will receive an OTP.
• Share the OTP with the cashier to complete the redemption.

Online

• Visit the Gain City website and add items to your cart.
• At checkout, select the option to pay with an eGift Card.
• Enter the eGift Card details and the OTP received to apply the amount.
• Complete your purchase.

• Value is expressed in SGD.
• Valid for use only at Gain City stores in Singapore and online.
• This eGift Card has an expiry date; no validity extension requests will be entertained.
• Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Non-refundable or non-returnable once purchased.
• Can be used for general, sale, promotional items or concessionaire products except vouchers.
• Not exchangeable for Gain City Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Cash / or any other form of compensation that is not considered a product purchase.
• Balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No minimum purchase is required.
• Multiple redemptions are allowed. Customer may choose to use any amount which is less than the card's balance.
• The use of this eGift Card is governed by and constitutes the acceptance of conditions set by Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd.
