Will the Group Buy event take place at all Gain City stores?

Our Group Buy event is held exclusively at our Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut as it offers the largest range of products including air conditioners, home appliances, furniture, and bedding—everything a new homeowner needs in one place.

What are the event timings?

Registration for the event will be opened on timeslots 12pm - 2pm and 4pm - 6pm. It is mandatory to register at our Level 4 registration counter (near shuttle bus pick up) upon arrival to receive your Group Buy Brochure. Once you have registered, you are welcomed to shop until our store closes at 10pm.

Once I’ve collected my keys, is it too late to participate?

Not at all! You can still join our Group Buy events to enjoy exclusive deals and promotions.

Is there a pax limit for the event?

No, there is no limit, as long as everyone is from the same household.

Do I need to register for everyone attending with me?

No, registration is required per household only.

How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?

You will receive an acknowledgment email by Friday, 2 PM of the weekend you registered for. If you don’t receive it by then, contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp @ 9773 1212.

How long will the promotions be valid?

Promotions are valid only on your registered Group Buy event day. To lock in your prices, we recommend placing a deposit.

Could you provide a quote for specific products before the event?

We are unable to share promotional pricing before the event. All pricing details will be revealed on the day of our Group Buy event. For more information, you may contact our Sungei Kadut Megastore sales team at 6899 1212.(operating hours: 11am - 10pm)

Are in-store promotions stackable with Group Buy deals?

No, Group Buy deals are separate from in-store promotions.

Is price matching available?

Yes! We price match based on your total amount purchased after Group Buy discounts. Just come back to us with your receipt as well as proof of the cheaper price. Price matching only covers major retailers, including Courts, Best Denki, Harvey Norman, Audio House, Mega Discount, Mustafa, NTUC Fairprice Xtra, Giant, and Challenger. If a price match is approved, the matched item will be re-invoiced separately and removed from the original invoice.

How long can I KIV my orders?

You can KIV orders for up to 12 months, with free warehousing, subject to the item still being available at delivery.

What is the minimum deposit required to KIV an item?

• General items: 30% deposit.
• Bedding & furniture (Made-to-Order): 40% deposit if delivery exceeds 3 months, full payment required 3 months before delivery

How much advance notice should I give for delivery?

• General items: At least 2 weeks’ notice.
• Aircons: At least 4 weeks’ notice.

Do you allow partial delivery of my orders?

Yes, partial delivery is allowed. However:

• If the delivery amount is under $1,500, a $30 delivery fee applies.
• Full payment must be made before delivery.

Can I change models before delivery?

Yes, but the new model price will apply.

What happens if the model I KIV is discontinued?

If a model is discontinued, we will recommend alternative options for you.

How do I make balance payments?

You can pay via cash, credit card, or NETS at any Gain City showroom, or through the Reddot app.

Do you offer instalment payment plans?

Yes, we provide 0% instalment plans for all major credit cards, with tenures from 6 to 36 months. Participating banks include POSB/DBS, OCBC, Maybank, HSBC, and AMEX.

How do I earn the Instant Cash Rebate?

Spend a minimum of $100 on your first invoice (after a 10% discount) to receive a 20% instant cash rebate, issued in $20 rebate vouchers.

How do I use the Instant Cash Rebate?

Redeem $20 for every $100 spent in-store at Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut.

Where can I redeem my cash rebate vouchers?

The rebate vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut. Online redemption is not available.

How long is my cash rebate voucher valid for?

Your rebate voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Can I use the cash rebate vouchers for delivery or servicing charges?

No. The cash rebate vouchers cannot be used for delivery or servicing charges. They are only valid for product purchases in-store.

Is there a limit to how much cash rebate I can use per purchase?

Yes. You can use $20 worth of cash rebate for every $100 spent in a single transaction. This limit applies until your rebate balance is exhausted.

Can I use the Home Fiesta rebate with other promotions?

No. The instant cash rebate cannot be stacked with other ongoing promotions or discounts at Gain City.

What deposit is required to participate in the Group Buy promotion?

A minimum 30% deposit is required for both the first and second invoices. All deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if I cancel my invoice after paying the deposit?

• If you cancel one invoice, the 30% deposit from the cancelled invoice can be transferred to the other invoice, provided the value is the same or higher.
• All deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation.

Can I change the item(s) after confirming my purchase?

Yes. However, the new item(s) must be of the same or higher value as the original purchase.

What happens if I lose my rebate vouchers?

Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. They are null and void if tampered with or deemed unacceptable by Gain City.

What are the terms for the cash rebate voucher to be valid?

The cash rebate voucher must:
• Be signed by an authorized Gain City personnel
• Be stamped with the date of issuance
• Not be tampered with or damaged
• Be used before its expiry date

Is the cash rebate transferable to someone else?

No. The cash rebate vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient.

What denominations are the cash rebate vouchers issued in?

Cash rebate vouchers are issued in $20 denominations.

Can I use the cash rebate vouchers immediately after receiving them?

Yes. Once issued, the cash rebate vouchers can be used on your next purchase in accordance with the $20 per $100 spent rule.

Can I combine my cash rebate vouchers with an instalment plan?

Yes, but cash rebates vouchers are subject to Gain City’s payment terms and conditions. Please check in-store for the latest instalment options.
