Painting Services Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

Gain City Digital Innovations Pte Ltd (Gain City) offers professional painting services, including colour consultation, surface preparation, and application of paint to interior and/or exterior surfaces as specified in the service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

Access: Ensure that Gain City personnel have unimpeded access to the areas designated for painting during agreed working hours.

Personal Belongings: Remove or protect personal items and furniture from the work area. Gain City is not liable for damage to items left in the painting area.

Documentation: Provide photos, videos, and floor plans upon request to facilitate Gain City’s preparation for the job.

Materials and Colours

Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting paint colours. Gain City can provide colour consultation upon request.

All painting packages come with standard ceiling paint, Matex (white) for ceiling height not exceeding 2.6m, unless there’s promotion to update to premium ceiling paint.

Additional Colours: Separate charges will apply for additional colour(s) added beyond the initial selection of 4 colours.

Painting Package Terms

The package is valid for ceiling heights not exceeding 2.6 meters.

The Painting Package does not include the application of sealer or kitchen wall painting.

Payment Terms

Full Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of painting services.

Non-Refundable: Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice: Customers must provide at least 3 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Fees: Late cancellations may incur a $150 fee.

Warranty and Limitations

Workmanship Warranty: Gain City provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship from the completion date.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration over time.

Structural Issues: Damage due to structural problems, moisture intrusion, or other underlying issues not addressed prior to painting.

Liability

Gain City is insured for public liability. However, we are not liable for:

Delays: Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-existing Conditions: Issues arising from pre-existing conditions of the property not disclosed prior to service commencement.

 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from painting services will be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in Gain City's general Terms of Use.
