PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player is a purpose-built device dedicated to deliver an incredible remote play experience. That means you can turn it on, press a button to connect to your PS5® console and get right to playing with remarkable speed. *PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player can stream compatible games installed on your PS5 console. PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player requires broadband internet Wi-Fi with at least 5Mbps for use.
For a better play experience, a high-speed connection of at least 15Mbps is recommended. The quality and connectivity of your play experience may vary depending on your network environment. A PS5 console and account for PlayStation Network is required. The PS5 console must be connected to a broadband internet connection, powered on fully or in Rest Mode, and it must be paired with
your PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player.
**Games that require a VR headset (PlayStation VR or PlayStation VR2) or additional peripherals (other than a DUALSHOCK 4, DualSense, or DualSense Edge wireless controller) are not compatible. Games that must be streamed on PS5 using a PS Plus Premium membership are not compatible. Haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features available when supported by game.
***Individual game performance will vary based on the specific game being played, and the quality of connectivity in your network environment.
****Haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features are only available when those features are supported by the game being played. Updates to the firmware will be released for your PlayStation™Portal Remote Player from time to time which are necessary for the proper functioning of the remote player. You will be notified about new firmware updates when you update your PS5 system software to a later version. SIE strongly
recommends always installing the latest update as soon as possible after the update is released. Failure to do so might expose your controller to security risks and/or might compromise the proper functioning of the controller.

After you placed the order in Gain City website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.
We will schedule your delivery when Gain City's Own Fleet or Installation Service is required. However, due to stock availability across our different showrooms, Gain City may require an additional 3-5 working days to get the item ready for your Store-Collection (only applicable to 4 main showrooms) or for shipping out.
Delivery of your purchase may fall within this 3 schemes:
- Agent Delivery: Items require our agents (distributor or principal) to deliver and/or perform basic installation services by the agents, for items such as Ceiling Fans, Cooking Hoods, or Water Heaters. Extra charges may apply for the installation service.
- Gain City Delivery: Items in larger size and weight, and/or require basic installation service provided by Gain City's staff.
- Economy Delivery: Smaller items will be delivered via our appointed 3rd party courier service partner.
- Same Day Delivery: Order(s) placed between 12am to 4pm will be delivered within the same day before 10pm.
Delivery cost does not include installation/dismantling/carrying up or down by staircase. Installation/Dismantling cost and any other 3rd party cost applies separately.

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
