- After you placed the order in Gain City website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process it within 72 hours. Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.
- Delivery is made via OSIM’s Own Fleet. For standard delivery arrangement, delivery will be made within 5 – 8 working days once OSIM receives the order. For Gaming Chairs delivery, delivery will be made within 1 – 14 working days once OSIM receives the order. As for Bulk Items, Sofas or Chairs, OSIM team will be contacting you to arrange the delivery schedule within 1 – 3 working days once OSIM receives the order.
